BROWNSBURG, Ind. (September 29, 2025) – It was a rocky weekend in the Buckeye State for Kerry Madsen and Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing (RSR), and although the team left Ohio short of a stat-worthy achievement, all eyes remain focused and straight ahead, setting aim on Williams Grove Speedway’s annual National Open – awarding $75,000 – on Friday and Saturday, October 3-4.
As noted, Madsen and TSR, backed by Carquest, Advance Auto Parts, Curb Records, Martin One Source, and Elliott’s Custom Trailers and Carts, will roll into Pennsylvania Posse Country fresh off of an Ohio invasion, entering events at Millstream Speedway in Findlay and Sharon Speedway in Hartford on Friday and Saturday, September 26-27. “The Madman” finished 20th and 16th, respectively, but not without a fight. In fact, Madsen was battling within the top-ten on Friday before a late incident forced him to retire; there was no time in the work area.
The Williams Grove Speedway National Open will launch a two-weekend Mid-Atlantic stretch for the Greatest Show On Dirt, visiting New Egypt, New Jersey, the following Friday before returning to the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway on Saturday. Madsen and TSR will enter the East Coast swing sixth in the WoO team championship, padded by 33 top-tens in 59 A-Main starts.
