Allison Park, PA (May 21st, 2014) – Colton Flinner will return to super late model competition this Friday and Saturday, May 23rd & 24th in the heart of western Pennsylvania. Flinner, who pilots the American Framers, VOX Energy, A.W. Beattie Career Center, Bellisarios Lounge, Randig Towing, no. 75 super late model, will visit two (2) western Pennsylvania short tracks this weekend; including the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania; and Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial, Pennsylvania.
Flinner’s upcoming weekend schedule will begin on Friday evening, May 23rd at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Lernerville will feature another round of ‘Fab Four’ weekly competition this Friday; complete with four (4) action divisions including the super late models. This will be Flinner’s second-career super late model start at the Sarver 4/10’s mile oval. The two-time Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway crate late model track champion finished ninth (9th) during his Lernerville Speedway super late model debut last October.
Racing will continue for Colton Flinner on Saturday evening, May 24th at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial, Pennsylvania. Flinner will enter ‘Dirt’s Monster Half Mile’ fourth (4th) in the current super late model track standings. The Allison Park, Pennsylvania native as yet to find the podium during feature action thus far in 2014, but looks to change that early season statistic during the upcoming Memorial Day weekend.
This Saturday’s program at ‘P.P.M.S.’ will feature another ‘Action Event;’ complete with five (5) weekly divisions including the Diehl of Robinson Super Late Models.
