MAXIM/RIDER SPRINT CAR ‘RAFFLE CAR’ HEADS TO FINAL TWO TRADE SHOWS BEFORE THE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19, DRAWING DATE

KNOXVILLE, IOWA (November 18, 2014) – The National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum Foundation’s brand-new 410-cubic-inch Rider-powered Maxim sprint car ‘raffle car’ will make the last two trade show appearances soon before its Friday, December 19, drawing date. Museum special events coordinator David Herrmann will have the state-of-the-art winged sprint car at this weekend’s Heartland Auto Racing Show, November 21-22, in Des Moines and at next month’s Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Trade Show, December 11-13, in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Said David Herrmann today, “People don’t always realize that the non-profit museum foundation needs an 18-month raffle to make this fundraising program work for us and our partners, the builders and the manufacturers. However, we are now down to the last month before we will draw the winning ticket. So, if you’ve always dreamed of owning and/or driving a sprint car, now is your chance to be a part of the raffle. Tickets are just twenty dollars each, or six tickets for one hundred dollars. Those individuals that won’t be at the Heartland show in Des Moines nor the PRI show in Indianapolis are encouraged to call us today, toll-free, at 1-800-874-4488. This opportunity will really make someone’s Christmas this year!”

Those builders and manufacturers who are participating in this tenth museum-benefit raffle are Maxim Chassis, Rider Racing Engines, Donovan, Winter’s Performance, All-Pro Cylinder Heads, GS Products, ButlerBuilt Professional Seat Systems, Sander Engineering, MSD Ignition, Fuel Safe Racing Cells, Astro Titanium, Wilwood Disc Brakes, BMRS, Auto Meter, Del West, Hoosier Tire, SuperShox, Schoenfeld Headers, Schroeder Torsion Bars, Shaver/Wesmar Gear Drives, Hooker Harness, Xtreme Accu-Tach, KSE Racing Products, T&D Machine Products, Barnes Dry Sump Oil Systems, HRP Racing Products, Moose Blocks, P-Ayr, Rod End Supply, Kenny’s Components, Hinchman Racing Uniforms and C&R Racing.
