Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania, will host the UFO sanctioned Super Late Models this Friday and Saturday night, October 7th and 8th, for a double header worth big bucks! The super late models will take part in a $2,000 to win, 35 lap Friday night format, and a $5,000 to win, 55 lap Saturday night format; equaling a $7,000 winner’s share after 90 laps of feature action. Fully Injected super late model stars, Gregg Satterlee and Jared Miley, each plan to make an appearance at the southwest Pennsylvania facility this weekend; hoping to cash-in on one, or both, of the possible pay days.
Gregg Satterlee will have to shake off the dust before entering this weekend’s UFO event at Roaring Knob. This past Friday and Saturday, The Rochester Mills native was left in the rain; as Mother Nature decided to wash away all hopes of a $3,000 pay day at Hummingbird Speedway on Saturday.
Jared Miley had similar luck this past weekend with Mother Nature; as only one night of competition was able to get in the books before Mother Nature trashed the remaining portion of the “Big Kahuna” weekend in Cumberland, Maryland. Miley was ninth in the ‘Big Kahuna’ opener on Friday evening.
