South Park, PA – 7/2/12 } South Park, Pennsylvania native and Team Fully Injected member, Jared Miley, is ready to take part in two, super late model midweek holiday events this Tuesday and Wednesday, July 3rd and 4th, and hopes to use recent Firecracker 100 momentum to secure the high paying victories. Miley made Lernerville Speedway history this past Saturday evening as being the highest local finisher in the six year history of the Firecracker 100 Presented by at Lernerville Speedway. The current Lernerville Speedway super late model point leader started 23rd in the 100 lap, $30,000-to-win, World of Outlaws Late Model Series A-main event and rallied 15 positions to finish 8th in the running order. Miley earned his starting spot in the Firecracker 100 by transferring through his respective consolation B-main Saturday evening. Scott Bloomquist was the evening’s $30,000 winner.¬†

After Miley’s stunning performance Saturday evening, June 30th, during the Firecracker 100 main event, the pilot of the Colussy Chevrolet ‘H1’ has transferred his attention to a pair of midweek specials in Western Pennsylvania featuring the super late models. The Jared Miley Racing/Colussy Chevrolet/Octane Graphix/ ‘H1’ team will make a trip northeast out of Pittsburgh to the Marion Center Speedway in Marion Center, Pennsylvania Tuesday evening, July 3rd, for a $1,500-to-win event; not only for the super late models, but also for the limited/steel block late models. Each division will feature a 35 lap, $1,500-to-win, $150-to-start main event at Marion Center Speedway on Tuesday evening. Miley plans to participate in both events with hopes of bringing home a $3,000 midweek pay day. Pits are scheduled to open at 5:30, with main gates opening at 6:00PM, sharp! On Wednesday evening, July 4th, Miley and the ‘H1’ gang will head south to Bedford Speedway in Bedford, Pennsylvania for a 35 lap, $3,000-to-win, UFO Super Late Model event. The ‘Salute to Independence’ super late model event will take part on the big, Bedford Fairgrounds half mile, and will also feature three other support divisions. With Marion Center Speedway and Bedford Speedway offering midweek shows, the Jared Miley Racing operation has an opportunity to snag $6,000 this week before their weekend schedule even begins.
