The Williams Grove Speedway ‘National Open Charity Auction’ proved to be a success this past Saturday afternoon; as a ‘sell-out’ crowd gathered, just outside of the Williams Grove Speedway pit gate, to take part in the annual dinner/auction benefiting injured drivers. All of the proceeds, including those from the dinner and auction, were collected and put directly into the ‘Injured Driver’s Fund’ -which is set aside to help injured drivers, financially, who may not have another source of income, or insurance, while not piloting their respective racecar.
Charity event co-promoter and Fully Injected supporter, Kolten Gouse, recently reported that the money raised and collected is greatly appreciated; and the exact total amount raised will be released soon!
