One Weekend Remaining for Danny Holtgraver ‘Down Under’
Murray Bridge Speedway and Speedway City Will Conclude Holtgraver’s Australian Schedule

AUSTRALIA (January 28th, 2015) – Danny Holtgraver of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will end his first-ever trip to Australia this Friday and Saturday, January 30th & 31st with a pair of high-profile sprint car events. The former Lernerville Speedway track champion will once again join the World Series Sprintcars on Friday night, January 30th, all before participating in the ‘George Tatnell Cup’ on Saturday, January 31st. Holtgraver will hunt for a career-first victory on foreign soil.
“It has been an awesome experience” said Holtgraver, “To think that my time down here is almost over is crazy…I’ve learned a lot while being here and I hope to come back in the future…I can’t thank my car owner Reeve Kruck enough for this opportunity…hopefully I can end my trip with a win…this team has been working hard and they deserve that.”
Danny Holtgraver and the Titan Garages and Carports team will make their way to the Murray Bridge Speedway near Murray Bridge, South Australia on Friday, January 30th. Holtgraver will enter the World Series Sprintcars sanctioned event ninth in the current series standings. This will be Holtgraver’s last appearance with the national series in 2015.
Following his trip to Murray Bridge, Danny Holtgraver will make his way to Speedway City near Adelaide for the ‘George Tatnell Cup’ on Saturday, January 31st. This will be Holtgraver’s second appearance at Speedway City in 2014/2015. The three-time UNOH All Star main event winner in 2014 earned a fifth place performance during his last appearance at Speedway City back on December 26th.
“It’s bittersweet” explained Holtgraver when discussing his last weekend in Australia, “Our attitude hasn’t changed…we’ll still head into the weekend ready to race and work towards our first win together…when it’s over, I’ll be ready to head home…regardless, it has been an amazing experience…I met a lot of people and the fans have been more than supportive…can’t thank this team enough for their hard work and dedication…we want that first win bad…we’ll have two opportunities to accomplish that this weekend!”
During recent sprint car competition, Danny Holtgraver and the Titan Garages and Carports team participated in the Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic at Premier Speedway. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native finished 9th during B-main competition. There were over 100 drivers entered for the annual event.
