Reutzel aims big in major High Limit week through Indiana, Ohio & New York; Action commences tonight at Kokomo

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (May 12, 2025) – The month of May is proving to be nothing short of chaotic for Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) and Texas hotshot Aaron Reutzel, and although the team just concluded a High Limit Racing sweep through Kansas and Illinois, highlighting their trip with a top-ten in Kansas City, things are just getting started, set to continue their High Limit Racing commitments with a major four-race, six-day slate beginning Monday, May 12, at Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana.
Once action in the Hoosier State is complete, High Limit Racing competitors will move further east and prepare for a Fremont (Ohio) Speedway takeover on Wednesday, May 14, all of which concluding with a New York doubleheader at Ransomville Speedway and Utica-Rome Speedway on Friday and Saturday, May 16-17, respectively.
As noted, “A-Aron” and RSR will roll into Kokomo’s Monday night showcase as a recent top-ten finisher, concluding High Limit’s invasion of Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, with an eighth-place score on Friday, May 9. Aaron Reutzel, a former three-time All Star Circuit of Champions champion, is currently fifth in the High Limit Racing title chase, trailing Brad Sweet by 118 markers.
“We’ve got a busy week ahead but we’re ready to get started,” Brian Ridge, owner of the Power Plus, Folkens Brothers Trucking, Don Long & STC, B And L Holdings, American Table, Commercial Edge, Rasmusson Service Center, The P.O. Box, Bargain Barn, No. 87 sprint car, noted. “This is a great opportunity to gain some points in the championship. A lot can happen in busy weeks like this, but we’re up for the challenge and we’re ready to add a few marks in the win column.”

Ridge & Sons Racing and Aaron Reutzel will continue their 2025 campaign with a four-race slate beginning Monday, May 12, at Kokomo Speedway in Kokomo, Indiana. Action will resume Wednesday, May 14, at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio, followed by a pair of New York stops at Ransomville Speedway and Utica-Rome Speedway on Friday and Saturday, May 16-17.

Earned back-to-back top-fives – as well as second High Limit victory of the season – at Central Arizona Raceway on March 28-29; other result was fourth. Finished fifth with Outlaws at I-55 Raceway Park in Pevely, Missouri, on Saturday, April 12. Finished fifth with World of Outlaws at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, April 19. Earned two podiums in one night at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, April 26; won 360 main event and finished second in 410 main event.
