Reutzel and RSR geared up for major week through Nebraska and Iowa; Eagle Nationals next

KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 9, 2025) – June activated in a big way for Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) and Texas wheelman Aaron Reutzel, but the heat is just getting started, as action is set to continue tomorrow evening – Tuesday, June 10 – with a major High Limit Racing Midweek Series event at Eagle Raceway in Eagle, Nebraska. Reutzel, who is currently fifth in the High Limit Racing national standings, will chase $55,555 in the midweek crown jewel, working to add another big money payday to his 2025 resume that already includes the $100,000 Bob Weikert Memorial.

Continuing an action-packed slate through the Central Time Zone, Reutzel’s agenda will move to Thursday, June 12, with a $10,000-to-win POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint League start at 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa, all of which headlined with a World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series doubleheader at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, on Friday and Saturday, June 13-14.

“It’s going to be a busy week, but we’re up for it,” Brian Ridge, owner of the RSR, Power Plus, Folkens Brothers Trucking, Don Long & STC, B And L Holdings, American Table, Commercial Edge, Rasmusson Service Center, The P.O. Box, Bargain Barn, No. 87 sprint car, said. “A lot of money on the line and right in our own backyard, so we hope to capitalize on these opportunities. It should be a great few days for this Power Plus team.”

Aaron Reutzel and RSR will roll into Tuesday night with a ton to show for, capping their recent stretch of competition with four straight top-ten appearances, two of which occurring in the same evening (sixth in 410 main event and third in 360 main event) at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, June 7. In addition, “A-Aron” finished fourth at Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, Wisconsin, on Wednesday, June 4, and tenth at 141 Speedway in Maribel, Wisconsin, on Thursday, June 5. The Wisconsin pair were High Limit Racing sanctioned events with Thursday’s program awarding $26,000-to-win.

Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR) and Aaron Reutzel will continue their 2025 campaign with four events in five days, activating action with the $55,555-to-win Eagle Nationals in Eagle, Nebraska, on Tuesday, June 10. Earned two podiums in one night at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, April 26; won 360 main event and finished second in 410 main event. Finished sixth at the Texas Motor Speedway dirt track on Saturday, May 3. Finished eighth at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas, on Friday, May 9. Finished third with High Limit at Ransomville Speedway in Ransomville, New York, on Friday, May 16. Won $100,000 Bob Weikert Memorial at Port Royal Speedway on Sunday, May 25. Finished second at Butler Motor Speedway in Quincy, Michigan, on Saturday, May 31. Finished fourth and tenth in Wisconsin High Limit starts at Red Cedar Speedway and 141 Speedway on Wednesday and Thursday, June 4-5. Finished sixth (410) and third (360) at Knoxville Raceway on Saturday, June 7.
