By Fully Injected Motorsports:
KNOXVILLE, Iowa (April 21, 2025) – Despite Mother Nature stepping in and cutting the weekend short, the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series’ return to the Sprint Car Capital of the World did not disappoint, and for Aaron Reutzel and Ridge & Sons Racing (RSR), it was another stellar outcome, concluding Knoxville Raceway’s World of Outlaws Premier Chevy Dealers Clash with a top-five result – their eighth of the season.
Reutzel, ace of Brian and Lisa Ridge’s Power Plus, Folkens Brothers Trucking, Don Long & STC, B And L Holdings, American Table, Commercial Edge, Rasmusson Service Center, The P.O. Box, Bargain Barn No. 87 sprint car, finished fifth in his top-five appearance, leading Saturday’s main event early before losing command to eventual winner, Rico Abreu. The Clute, Texas, native launched Saturday’s program with the fastest time within his respective group of qualifiers, racing on to finish second in his heat race and second in the dash – his eventual A-Main starting position.
With High Limit Racing’s schedule on hold until Wednesday, April 30, Aaron Reutzel and RSR will return to the Sprint Car Capital of the World on Saturday, April 26, planning to participate in each of the 410 and 360 sprint programs.
“Just super proud of Aaron [Reutzel] and this entire RSR team,” Brian Ridge stated. “That was a great way to debut our partnership with Power Plus. We plan to return to Knoxville this Saturday and enter both divisions. The more lap time the better and all eyes are on Knoxville later this summer. We hope to be a part of that conversation.”
