Showtime Presents: ‘Pictures For Your Thoughts’ – Brandon Matus at Port Royal Speedway
(April 2nd, 2013) – Fourth generation sprint car driver Brandon Matus made his first ever start at the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, March 30th. The Wampum, Pennsylvania native and former UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions winner finished eleventh (11th) on Saturday evening at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile. The ‘410’ main event would see former World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion, Dave Blaney, pick up the surprise victory. Matus was able to survive a caution-plagued main event to earn the top-twelve finish!
