T.J. Michael Ready for ‘Double Duty’ Weekend at Attica’s ‘Spring Nationals’
All Star Sprints Headline ‘Spring Nationals’ on April 3rd/4th

Plano, Texas (March 30th, 2015) – After launching his 2015 season with multiple Racesaver ‘305’ sprint car events in the state of Texas, T.J. Michael will finally have the opportunity to make his first ‘410’ sprint car start of the current season this Friday and Saturday, April 3rd & 4th at Attica Raceway Park’s HD Supply ‘Spring Nationals.’ The ‘Spring Nationals,’ sanctioned by the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions, will feature two full programs on Friday and Saturday for the ‘410’ sprint cars; awarding $3,000 on Friday and $5,000 on Saturday. Michael, a Plano, Texas native, will pilot the family owned, Advanced Cast Stone sponsored, no. 8M ‘410’ sprinter at the two-day Attica opener. T.J. Michael will go head-to-head with not only Attica’s best on April 3rd & 4th, but also a full roster of traveling UNOH All Stars.
“We are definitely anxious” said T.J. Michael, “It’s going to be a busy weekend for sure…we head north to Ohio later this week so hopefully the trip goes smooth…the ‘Spring Nationals’ is always a loaded event and it’s great way to start our ‘410’ season…the competition and car count will be high but I think that’s good for us…we are going to learn more racing with the best…our plan is to race as much as we can and enter as many big shows as possible…this is a great way to get things started.”
Despite having a heavy plate entering UNOH All Star competition this weekend at Attica Raceway Park, the Texan will still perform a ‘double duty.’ The ‘305’ sprint cars will also be on the weekend card at Attica’s ‘Spring Nationals;’ acting as a support division on both nights for the UNOH All Stars. T.J. Michael will pilot the now family owned Fremont Fence Company, Advanced Cast Stone, Kear’s Speed Shop, no. 18 ‘305’ sprinter at the ‘Spring Nationals.’ Michael is a recent winner during ‘305’ sprint car competition; winning at the Gator Motorplex near Willis, Texas on March 7th.
“We’ll be busy but we are always up for the challenge” said T.J. Michael, “Hopefully we can be consistent in both divisions; work for a win with the ‘305’ and be competitive with the ‘410’…I just want to thank everyone involved for making this possible…all of our supporters, my family, our crew…being able to race like this is a privilege and without all of the help, it wouldn’t be possible.”
