T.J. Michael Will Launch New Year in Florida and Texas
Multiple All Star and Outlaw Programs Headline Early Schedule

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Plano, Texas (December 18, 2015) –  The “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael will launch 2016 with a February road trip to the “Sunshine State.” Michael, a soon-to-be sophomore in the 410 sprint car ranks, will spend nearly two weeks in Florida, set to join the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series and the All Star Circuit of Champions for events at Bubba Raceway Park and Volusia Speedway Park. The pilot of the Fremont Fence Company, Advanced Cast Stone, Kear’s Speed Shop, Shell Shock, Hinchman Suits, Snap-On, No. 8M, will kick off his Florida venture with All Star Circuit of Champions action at Bubba Raceway Park near Ocala, Florida, on Friday, February 5.

“We’re all pretty excited for this opportunity” said T.J. Michael, “We still have a lot of work to do, but we’ll be ready to go. I can’t thank my dad, team and supporters enough for this chance. The second half of 2015 proved that we are heading in the right direction. Getting an early jump on the season and traveling to Florida will allow us to pick up where we left off sooner.”

T.J. Michael will join the All Star Circuit of Champions for a total of four events in Florida; two at Bubba Raceway Park on February 5-6 and two at Volusia Speedway Park near Daytona on February 10-11. The Plano, Texas, native will also help the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series activate their 2016 campaign with three consecutive nights of action at Volusia Speedway Park on February 12-14.

Michael will follow the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series back to his home state of Texas for two additional events in late February. The “Greatest Show on Dirt” will headline events at the Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas, on Friday, February 26, as well as at the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas, on Saturday, February 27. Each of the “Lone Star State” events are less than five hours from Michael’s Plano home.

“I think I’m looking forward to racing in Texas just as much as Florida” said Michael, “I spend most of my summer months in Ohio, so when an opportunity to race close to home comes around, I have to jump on it. This gives my friends and family a great chance to come hang out and watch us race. We raced our 305 car a few times last February in Texas, but this is a whole new opportunity. Excited to see what we can do.”
