T.J. Michael Will Rejoin F.A.S.T. After Scoring Consecutive Top-Ten Finishes
The “Texas Traveler” Highlights Recent Action with Sixth Place Finish at Fremont
By Fully Injected Motorsports:
Fremont, Ohio (July 29th, 2015) – After finishing the recent weekend with consecutive top-ten finishes during Fremont/Attica Sprint Title competition, Texas native T.J. Michael is anxious to rejoin the F.A.S.T. series for another busy weekend in northwestern Ohio. Michael, who is well into the downhill portion of his first full season of “410” sprint car competition, will visit the Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway this Friday and Saturday with the intent to continue his recently developed top-ten streak, as well as continue his search for a career-first “410” sprint car victory.
“We were pretty excited after last weekend” explained Michael, “Things have been coming together and we have some things figured out. It’s easy to get frustrated but we just keep moving forward and put the bad starts behind us. It felt great to end last weekend with back-to-back top-ten finishes. We hope to keep that going for the rest of the season. We’ll see soon enough.”
The “Texas Traveler” T.J. Michael, pilot of the Advanced Cast Stone, Fremont Fence Company, Kear’s Speed Shop, Shell Shock, Hinchman Suits, Snap-On, #8M sprint car, kicked off the recent weekend with a ninth place finish during F.A.S.T. main event action at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on Friday night, July 24th. The Plano, Texas native started 15th during the 30-lap program and rallied to a top-ten finish. Michael would follow his ninth place finish with an even better performance on Saturday night, July 25th; finishing sixth during F.A.S.T. main event competition at the Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio. The division rookie would finish exactly where he started.
T.J. Michael will rejoin the Fremont/Attica Sprint Title Championship Series this Friday and Saturday back at Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway. The recent F.A.S.T. “305” Championship Series main event winner will stop at the Attica oval on Friday, July 31st, followed by a visit to “The Track That Action Built” in Fremont, Ohio on Saturday, August 1st.
“Can’t wait to get back at it this weekend” said Michael, “We’ve been getting better and better. Sometimes our results don’t really reflect that, but we’ve been getting stronger. There are a few things that we still need to work on. Regardless, it has been a fun season.”
