T-Rev will visit Fremont Speedway for Jim Ford Classic

SHREVE, Ohio (September 12, 2018) – After a few weekends away from competition, ‘T-Rev’ Trevor Baker will return to the pilot seat of his familiar No. 45 sprint car and join Ohio’s finest for the two-day Jim Ford Classic at Fremont (Ohio) Speedway on Friday and Saturday, September 14 & 15.
Baker, a recent top-ten finisher during Great Lakes Dirt Nationals competition at Mansfield Motor Speedway, will battle for a total winner’s share equalling $13,000 at the historic, Fremont Speedway oval, $10,000 of which to be awarded on Saturday night during the 11th Annual Jim Ford Classic finale.
‘T-Rev’ will enter the two-day blockbuster on a streak of sound performances during 410c.i. competition, most recently scoring a trio of top-ten results during action at Thunder Mountain Speedway, Lernerville Speedway, and Wayne County Speedway, respectively. Baker’s ninth place finish during Mansfield’s $20,000-to-win Great Lakes Dirt Nationals iced the cake.
“The second half of our season has been really rewarding,” Trevor Baker explained, driver of the Baker’s Mobile Home Transport/Exodus Cycle/Coblentz Trucking/H&S Concrete/Mid Ohio Diesel/Amsoil Stone Creek Lube/Triple-X Chassis/No. 45 sprint car. “Due to a very busy work schedule, our racing schedule has been really hit and miss over the last few months. Despite things being here and there, we’ve been racing really well. We are really relaxed at the track and that allows us to really enjoy what we are doing. I’m excited to get to Fremont and race in front of a big crowd for two days.”
