JONESTOWN, Pa. (July 7, 2020) – A surefire contender during all nine nights of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek competition, the ‘Jonestown Jet’ Brock Zearfoss put together a strong contingent of results during the 2020 edition of Speedweek, ultimately ending the nine-race stretch with six top-ten finishes, highlighting all results with a fourth-place outcome at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday, July 4. The former Port Royal Speedway track champion earned a top-ten finish during each of his Speedweek visits to the ‘Speed Palace.’

In addition, Zearfoss earned top-ten outcomes during Speedweek action at Lincoln Speedway, Selinsgrove Speedway, and Grandview Speedway. Zearfoss capped the week seventh in the final PA Sprint Speedweek championship standings. 

“It was a solid week for our team. It feels good to be racing in our own backyard again. It’s a win for everyone involved, especially our partners. Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2020 campaign with a trio of starts with the All Star Circuit of Champions, rejoining the ‘America’s Series’ for a three-pack of Ohio Sprint Speedweek events on Friday through Sunday, July 10-12. The multi-time All Star winner will visit Portsmouth Raceway Park on Friday, followed by back-to-back Sharon Speedway visits on Saturday and Sunday. 

Portsmouth’s Dean Knittel Memorial will award a $15,554 top prize, while Sharon’s doubleheader will award $6,000 each.
