BROWNSBURG, Ind. (October 20, 2025) – It was a roller coaster week in the Midwest for the “Madman” Kerry Madsen and Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing (TSR), and although they were forced to settle for a 25th-place score in their High Limit Racing start at Lucas Oil Speedway on Wednesday, October 15, the team rallied in a hurry, racing on to conclude their World of Outlaws return to Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Indiana, on Friday, October 17, with a hard-charging performance.
Madsen, forced to battle through Lincoln Park’s Last Chance Showdown, advanced 12 spots in the aforementioned hard-charging performance, eventually concluding the Putnamville Showdown ninth from 21st. The eventual top-ten propelled the team’s overall top-ten count to 34 on the season, nine of which occurring within the top-five.
Although Madsen was unable to match Friday’s feature progress, the Iowa wheelman via Australia made progress to close out the weekend, as well, climbing from 17th to finish 14th in Angell Park Speedway’s World of Outlaws Badger State Triple on Sunday, October 19.
The Greatest Show On Dirt was scheduled to compete at LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois, on Saturday, October 18, but Mother Nature had other plans.
With all results considered, Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing remains sixth in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series team championship; only two weekends of competition remain.
ON DECK:
Tony Stewart/Curb-Agajanian Racing will continue their 2025 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series campaign with a doubleheader weekend through the Great Plains visiting 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas, and Arrowhead Speedway in Colcord, Oklahoma, on Friday and Saturday, October 24-25.
