Jason Meyers is arguably the best sprint car driver in the country at this present time. The Clovis, California, native has won four consecutive World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series A-mains; including the $50,000 to win Williams Grove Speedway ‘National Open.’ Meyers will lead the World of Outlaws into this Saturday night’s scheduled event at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio- as he continues his chase for a second consecutive World of Outlaws Championship
Meyers currently leads the WoO championship battle entering this weekend; just ahead of Steve Kinser, Donny Schatz, Paul McMahan, and Craig Dollansky.
Fremont is sure to welcome a handful of ‘All-Star’ visitors – as well as a full roster of FAST competitors. The always racey 3/8’s mile oval has a similar shape to western Pennsylvania’s own, Mercer Raceway Park; promising relentless action and tight wheel-to-wheel racing.
The World of Outlaws ‘Joe Stelter Memorial’ this Saturday, October 15th, at Fremont Speedway, will pay $10,000 to the winner. 305 sprints and dirt trucks are also on the evening card. Gates are set to open at 3 PM – with racing slated to begin at 7:00pm!
