Bowling Green, Ohio native -Travis Philo- is ready to start a new chapter in his 2012 racing season. After a rough few weekends at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio – Philo will refocus and look forward towards to getting a second chance at ‘starting’ the 2012 season. Philo and his entire team will venture to the season opener at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio this Saturday, April 14th; looking to regain some momentum that was lost in the previous weekends.
The Philo Motorsports ‘410’ program has already been in action a number of times in 2012; including an appearance with the All-Star Circuit of Champions last weekend during the “HD Supply Spring Nationals” at Attica Raceway Park. The Fully Injected member went zero for two during the weekend; with both nights of competition ending in the B-main. The ‘5T’ sprint car team will look to rebound this weekend with a fresh start at Fremont Speedway.
With the possibility of running the entire F.A.S.T. (Fremont-Attica Sprint Title) schedule in the upcoming season, Philo will need to get a quick grip on the Fremont and Attica surfaces. The Ohio based mini-series, which collects points during certain races at Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway, will begin next Friday night, April 20th.
