Bowling Green, Ohio – 7/18/12] Bowling Green, Ohio native and Team Fully Injected ‘410’ sprint car standout, Travis Philo, is ready for a full weekend of sprint car action in Northwestern Ohio – as the Fremont/Attica Sprint Title series (F.A.S.T.) picks back up with two events this Friday and Saturday, July 20th and 21st. The F.A.S.T. series will be making their usual stops at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on Friday night, July 20th, with a stop a Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio scheduled for Saturday evening, July 21st. Philo, who recently picked up a non-F.A.S.T. sprint car win at Attica Raceway Park back on July 6th, will look to make another trip to victory lane this Friday night! The two F.A.S.T. events will act as round #13 and #14 on the 2012 schedule.

“We want to defend our win at Attica this Friday” explained Travis Philo about the upcoming F.A.S.T. weekend, “We want to keep the ball rolling in the right direction and hopefully get a win at Fremont, too…we are trying some new things to improve our qualifying so hopefully we can build some positive momentum!”

Travis Philo currently sits 14th in the Fremont/Attica Sprint Title standings entering this weekend’s double header at Attica and Fremont. Including this upcoming Friday and Saturday, Philo will have just eight nights of F.A.S.T. action to climb higher in the standings. The familiar ‘5T’ sits roughly 331 points out of the series’ point lead, which is held by 4-time series feature winner, Bryan Sebetto. Philo’s win at Attica Raceway Park back on July 6th was not F.A.S.T. affiliated, but just as meaningful; as the young talent scored his first career victory over former All-Star traveler and veteran, Greg Wilson. With positive momentum clearly on Philo’s side, the ‘5T’ operation will look to repeat success, and kick-off the upcoming F.A.S.T. weekend in Attica Raceway Park victory lane.

“I just want to thank my crew” said Philo, “My Dad, Gary Bowe, Bryan Darling, Chris Hurst…these guys all make this racing deal possible…along with my sponsors like Banshee Graphics, Control Design Solutions, and FullyInjected.com…they all play a huge part!”
