South Park, PA (July 10th, 2013) – Jared Miley, the most recent super late model winner at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, will return to ‘Dirt’s Monster Half Mile’ this Saturday evening, July 13th for the annual PENNational featuring the NDRL’s United Late Model Series (ULMS). Saturday night’s PENNational event at ‘PPMS’ will be 30-laps in distance; awarding the winner of the super late model marquee main event $3,000.
Jared Miley, who pilots the Jared Miley Racing, Colussy Chevrolet, Octane Graphix, Brougher’s Machine Shop, ‘H1’ super late model, is a three-time winner at the big half-mile in 2013; and will attempt to earn win number four (4) on July 13th. If the South Park, Pennsylvania native is able to earn the NDRL’s ULMS PENNational main event victory this weekend, it would be his biggest win of the 2013 season thus far. Miley has earned four (4) total super late model victories so far this season; three (3) at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway in Imperial, Pennsylvania, and one (1) at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania; all occurring during ‘regular’ non-sanctioned competition. Jared Miley, who is also a former Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway super late model track champion, is a former NDRL’s ULMS main event winner; having conquered the 2012 NDRL’s ULMS ‘Red Miley Rumble’ at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway worth over $5,000.
A top-notch field of super late model competitors are expected to be present at this weekend’s PENNational event at ‘PPMS.’ Also on the Saturday night racing card is a NDRL’s UEMS Series program featuring a $1,000-to-win event; as well as a full Sweeney RUSH Dirt Late Model Touring Series program; which will feature a $1,200-to-win main event for the crate late models. Jared Miley will actually kick-off his upcoming weekend with ‘Fab Four’ weekly competition at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday night, July 12th. The defending Lernerville Speedway super late model track champion finds himself third (3rd) in the current Lernerville Speedway track championship chase; trailing current point leader and fellow Western Pennsylvania native, John Garvin Jr., by thirty-seven (37) markers.
