JONESTOWN, Pa. (March 29, 2021) – Despite Brock Zearfoss’ Saturday night visit to Lake Ozark Speedway in Eldon, Missouri, ending just short of his fourth top-ten with the Greatest Show On Dirt, the Jonestown, Pennsylvania-native displayed an ample amount of perseverance, eventually translating a Last Chance Showdown victory into a 14th-place outcome during the third running of the annual Jason Johnson Classic. Without saying, Zearfoss’ overall potential was cut short right from the start, as the 41-lap program was eventually sliced down to 30 circuits, the result of weather-induced track conditions.

Zearfoss, driver of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., BAPS Auto Paints & Supply, Meckley’s Limestone Products, Berkebile Oil Company, Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, X-1 Race Cars, No. 3Z sprint car, was forced to compete in the evening’s Last Chance Showdown after an eighth-place score during his respective heat race. The “Jonestown Jet” went on to win the consolation program which allowed the World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year contender to line up 19th on the grid.

“I can’t thank my team enough for their hard work. It’s not easy being out here on the road. They keep digging and it makes my job a lot easier,” Brock Zearfoss said, who owns one World of Outlaws victory over the course of his career. “Having the opportunity to race with the best in the world every single night is what I’ve been working toward my entire career. To be out here doing it is pretty unbelievable. All we can do is try our best to keep learning and progress up the ladder. It’s not going to be easy, but we love the challenge.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their quest toward World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year honors with a two-day stop on the highbanks of Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Missouri, on Friday and Saturday, April 2-3. The two-day invasion will feature two, full shows awarding $10,000 each.
