JONESTOWN, Pa. (June 6, 2022) – Securing their fifth top-ten performance of the 2022 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series season, Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing performed well on Friday night at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and cashed in for a seventh place score, bettering themselves by two spots after starting ninth on the grid. Zearfoss was third during heat race competition to set the stage for the evening’s main event.

Looking ahead, Zearfoss, driver of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, No. 3Z sprint car, hopes to put his top-ten momentum to good use right away, as the Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native is set to visit Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, for a doubleheader appearance on June 10-11.

“Feels good to get back into the top-ten. We needed that result,” Zearfoss added, a former World of Outlaws winner at Williams Grove Speedway. “I can’t thank my team enough for all of their hard work and dedication. We’ve had our ups and downs, but they never give up, and when we put together solid performances like this, it helps us reassure our hard work. I think we are all ready to get back to Knoxville.”

Zearfoss was scheduled to make two starts with the Greatest Show On Dirt this weekend, but Mother Nature stepped in and ruined the Sunday night party at Huset’s Speedway forcing a postponement until Wednesday, June 22; the $100,000-to-win Huset’s Speedway High Bank Nationals will launch the following evening, Thursday, June 23.

ON DECK:
As stated, Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their sophomore campaign with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series with a doubleheader at Knoxville Raceway in Knoxville, Iowa, on Friday and Saturday, June 10-11. Dubbed the Brownells Big Guns Bash, the two-day showcase, a perfect preamble for the forthcoming 61st running of the prestigious Knoxville Nationals, will award a pair of $10,000 top prizes.
