JONESTOWN, Pa. (May 3, 2021) – Saving his best result for last, the “Jonestown Jet” Brock Zearfoss capped his recent World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series stretch through the Midwest with a top-ten performance, doing so during the second night of action at the recently revamped I-70 Motorsports Park in Odessa, Missouri, on Saturday, May 1.

Nearly accomplishing the same feat, if not better, one night prior, Zearfoss finished seventh to score his sixth top-ten outcome of the 2021 WoO season, utilizing a front row starting position to challenge for the lead early before fading just outside of the top-five.

Although Zearfoss’ Friday night visit to I-70 ended on the hook, the Jonestown, Pennsylvania-native was in the mix all evening, first winning his heat race before finishing second during the evening’s dash. The World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year contender led the first ten circuits and battled for a podium spot until his mishap on lap 27.

Zeafoss kicked-off his three-race weekend with a visit to Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois, on Thursday, April 29. Forced to start 19th, Zearfoss went on to climb seven spots and finish 12th.

“It was a wild weekend, but to come out with another top-ten feels pretty good. I owe it all to my team,” Zearfoss said, driver of the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Meckley’s Limestone Products, Berkebile Oil Company, Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, X-1 Race Cars, No. 3Z sprint car. “We had speed all weekend and that’s the most motivating part. I’m excited to roll into Eldora and see what we can do. We love racing there and it brings us one step closer to home.”

Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing will continue their 2021 World of Outlaws Rookie of the Year campaign with a two-day stay at the World’s Greatest Dirt Track – Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Dubbed #LetsRaceTwo weekend, the May 7-8 showstopper will award a pair of $10,000 top prizes.
