Zearfoss will end 2018 season on the Outlaws trail
By Fully Injected Motorsports:
JONESTOWN, Pa. (October 9, 2018) – With All Star Circuit of Champions commitments coming to a close, Brock Zearfoss and Destiny Motorsports will now turn their attention toward World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series competition and join the traveling Series during each and every event remaining on the 2018 schedule.
Zearfoss, a former World of Outlaws winner during action in Central Pennsylvania, is excited about the opportunity which will commence on Friday night, October 12, at the Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, Illinois.
“We are excited about the opportunity to race with the World of Outlaws for the rest of the season. They still have a lot of racing to complete in 2018 and I’m happy to be a part of it,” Zearfoss said, who earned a World of Outlaws triumph during Summer Nationals competition at Williams Grove Speedway. “I can’t thank Rick Rogers and the entire team enough for this opportunity. Hopefully we can turn some heads during the last few weeks of the season.”
After a visit to the Land of Lincoln, the Greatest Show On Dirt will travel east and invade Terre Haute (Ind.) Action Track on Saturday, October 13, followed by a stop at the legendary Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio, on Sunday, October 14.
Despite an active campaign trail, the ‘Jonestown Jet’ will have an opportunity to return to the Keystone State in 2018, as the World of Outlaws will invade the Port Royal Speedway ‘Speed Palace’ for the 51st running of the Tuscarora 50 on October 26 & 27. The Central Pennsylvania blockbuster will award a $51,000 top prize.
“The Tuscarora 50 is an event we want,” Zearfoss continued. “Port Royal has been very good to me the last few seasons. We have the confidence and the notebook necessary to win an event like the Tuscarora 50. I’m excited for the opportunity.”
