Zearfoss with top-ten in Jack Gunn Memorial; Busy Labor Day stretch commences Wednesday at BAPS

JONESTOWN, Pa. (August 25, 2025) – The weekend may have ended on a sour note for Jonestown’s own Brock Zearfoss, forced to battle his way through Lincoln Speedway’s Kramer Klash B-Main on Saturday, August 23, but his weekend slate started solid, concluding Williams Grove Speedway’s annual Jack Gunn Memorial on Friday, August 22, with a top-ten finish, ending the 30-lapper in the seventh position. Zearfoss, now with 29 top-tens on the season, started 16th on the Friday night grid, missing the Hard Charger Award by one pass.
As expressed, Zearfoss’ evening at the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway ended short of his Friday night accomplishments, capping the annual Kramer Klash with an 18th-place finish. The “Jonestown Jet” was forced to battle through the evening “B” after a nozzle line came off during his respective heat race; he did not finish.
“A little bit of bad luck to set us back on Saturday, but that can’t take away from what we did on Friday,” Zearfoss, backed by Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., Lobar Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, Tech61, Berkebile Oil Company, and Blue Mountain Wellness, noted. “Not a lot of time to dwell. We have another busy week and weekend ahead and it all starts Wednesday at BAPS. We hope to find some solid rhythm at Port Royal Speedway early and put ourselves in a great feel for the Tuscarora 50 next week. Should be an exciting stretch.”

Brock Zearfoss will continue his 2025 campaign with a heavy Labor Day weekend slate, all of which activating Wednesday, August 27, at BAPS Motor Speedway (3Z). Zearfoss’ stretch will continue Friday, Saturday, and Monday with starts at Williams Grove Speedway (8Z), Port Royal Speedway (8Z), and Port Royal Speedway (8Z), respectively.
