Pittsburgh, PA – 8/1/12} South Park, Pennsylvania native and current super late model point leader at Lernerville Speedway, Jared Miley, will look to sweep action this weekend at two familiar Western Pennsylvania ovals; including Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania and Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex in Markleysburg, Pennsylvania. The Jared Miley Racing/Colussy Chevrolet/Octane Graphix/FullyInjected.com ‘H1’ has been victorious at both dirt ovals in recent history, and plans to continue that winning trend this Friday and Saturday, August 3rd and 4th.
Jared Miley, who recently picked up two top five finishes at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway this past Sunday evening, July 29th, during super late model competition, has five wins at Lernerville Speedway already in 2012, and rolls down the stretch of the season with a super late model track championship in sight. This Friday night, August 3rd, will feature a regular program with all four ‘Fab Four’ divisions at Lernerville Speedway; including the Precise Racing Products DIRTcar Late Models. Miley has a 75 point lead in the current Lernerville Speedway track standings entering this Friday’s program; John Garvin Jr. and Lynn Geisler round out the top three. Including this weekend, there are only four nights of ‘Fab Four’ action left on the 2012 Lernerville Speedway schedule; giving Miley plenty of opportunity to either add to his championship lead, or lose sight of it. Hopefully, Miley will be able to park his ‘H1’ in Sheetz Victory Lane for the sixth time in 2012 this Friday night.
On Saturday evening, August 4th, Jared Miley and the entire Jared Miley Racing operation will head back south to Markleysburg, Pennsylvania for an evening at Roaring Knob Motorsports Complex. The Ernie Jones Memorial Race, featuring a 22 lap/$2,200-to-win/$222-to-start super late model main event, will be the headline event at Roaring Knob this Saturday night. Miley is certainly no stranger to victory lane at the Southwest Pennsylvania oval, as the South Park native and former ‘PPMS’ track champion grabbed a UFo sanctioned super late model win at the facility during the 2011 season.
