North Jackson, OH (May 16th, 2013) – After being washed-out by Mother Nature during his most recent weekend of scheduled competition, North Jackson, Ohio’s Jack Sodeman Jr. will return to the racetrack this weekend for two separate events in two different states. The former Sharon Speedway ‘410’ sprint car track champion will participate in events at the Lernerville Speedway (PA) and I-77 Raceway Park (WV) this Friday and Saturday, May 17th & 18th; with Saturday’s event at I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West Virginia being sanctioned by the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions. Lernerville Speedway’s event this Friday evening, May 17th, will be a non-sanctioned program; and will feature ‘Fab Four’ weekly action including the ‘410’ sprint cars. Jack Sodeman Jr. is a recent winner at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania; and currently finds himself second (2nd) in the ‘410’ sprint car driver standings at the speedway.

Jack Sodeman Jr. will pilot his familiar Rudzik Racing, Rudzik Excavating, Economy Tooling no. 94 ‘410’ sprint car during both events this upcoming weekend. Saturday evening’s UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions event at the I-77 Raceway Park in Ripley, West Virginia will be a ‘first time’ event for the ‘Mountain State’ facility. The UNOH All Stars have never visited the 3/8’s mile oval near Ripley, and are delighted to bring some of the nation’s top ‘410’ sprint car teams to the West Virginia oval. The May 18th program will be the first and only event of the 2013 season for the UNOH All Stars at the I-77 Raceway Park. Jack Sodeman Jr. is currently winless in UNOH All Star competition in 2013, and hopes to make his ‘first time’ appearance at the I-77 Raceway Park extra special this weekend. The UNOH All Star ‘National’ / ‘Ohio Region’ event will be highlighted with a $5,000-to-win main event for the ‘410’ sprint cars.
