FASTRAK Northeast Event On Deck for Colton Flinner!
$1,500 FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division Event in WV This Saturday

Allison Park, PA (June 12th, 2013) – Western Pennsylvania’s Colton Flinner will rejoin the FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division trail this Saturday evening, June 15th, and compete for a $1,500 top prize in the heart of West Virginia. Flinner, who pilots the American Framers, VOX Energy, A.W. Beattie Career Center, Bellisarios Lounge, no. 75 crate late model, has been a full-time competitor with the FASTRAK ranks for much of 2013, and hopes to earn his first FASTRAK win of the season this Saturday evening at the Tyler County Speedway near Middlebourne, West Virginia. Flinner will enter the FASTRAK Northeast sanctioned event at the Tyler County Speedway on June 15th third (3rd) in the current FASTRAK Northeast standings; trailing current point leader and fellow PA native, Max Blair, by 41 markers. The Allison Park, Pennsylvania native has also discussed the possibility of making the trek north to the Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania on Sunday, June 16th for a weekly FASTRAK event, but nothing is set in stone.
Although Flinner has yet to find victory lane with the FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division thus far in 2013, the pilot of the familiar Vox Energy ‘75’ crate late model is not lacking consistency. Recent highlights for Colton Flinner during FASTRAK Northeast competition in 2013 includes a podium finish at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Flinner would finish third (3rd), respectively, at the Mercer 3/8’s mile oval during Northeast competition; equaling Flinner’s top performance on the tour so far this season. Other season highlights for Colton Flinner and the American Framers ‘75’ crate late model team includes a victory during RUSH Pro-Late Model ‘weekly series’ competition at the Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway near Imperial, Pennsylvania.
FASTRAK Sweeney Cars Northeast Touring Division competition will continue for Colton Flinner next Friday and Sunday, June 21st & 23rd; with events at the Raceway 7 in Conneaut, Ohio; and the Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania.
