Denver, PA (September 24th, 2014) –  ‘Super’ Alan Krimes will be hard at work once again this weekend in central Pennsylvania; participating in the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series ‘Tune-Up’ at Williams Grove Speedway, as well as the first-ever Dirt Classic Presented by Kasey Kahne at Lincoln Speedway. Each event holds their own level of significance, but it’s the ‘Dirt Classic’ that has Alan Krimes’ attention. The inaugural event is worth $20,000 to the main event winner, giving 2014 Lincoln Speedway track champion Alan Krimes an excellent reason to be on his ‘A-game’ this Saturday evening. The upcoming weekend will begin officially for Krimes on Friday evening, September 26th at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

With the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series making their final Williams Grove Speedway appearance on October 3rd & 4th for the annual National Open, ‘The Grove’ will host a ‘tune-up’ event this Friday night, September 26th. The National Open ‘tune-up’ will feature a full World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series format, giving ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ regulars, like Alan Krimes, one more chance to time trial before the ‘Outlaw’ invasion.  Krimes will enter competition at ‘The Grove’ on Friday night currently fourth in the 2014 driver standings. The Denver, Pennsylvania native is still working towards his first Williams Grove Speedway victory of 2014.

Alan Krimes and the entire Midnite Antiques, Conestoga Valley Garage, Wayne Corini, Krimes Racing Engines, VRP Shocks, no. 87 team will make their way to the Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania on Saturday evening, September 27th; set to participate in the first-ever Dirt Classic Presented by Kasey Kahne worth $20,000 to the winner. A unique format, using qualifying time trials and two sets of heat races, will help set the main event lineup. Krimes, the 2014 Lincoln Speedway track champion, will certainly have ‘home track advantage.’ The former UNOH All Star main event winner at the Pigeon Hills venue owns two wins at the speedway in 2014; as well as eight top-five and thirteen top-ten finishes during feature competition. The ‘Super 87’ team will work towards making history on Saturday night, and earn the first-ever Dirt Classic victory.

The Midnite Antiques/Conestoga Valley Garage/Wayne Corini/Krimes Racing Engines/VRP Shocks/ ‘Super 87’ team will be a part of all of the action each and every weekend in the heart of ‘Pennsylvania Posse’ territory; chasing track championships at Williams Grove Speedway and Lincoln Speedway.
