VINCENTOWN, N.J. (April 1, 2019) – Justin Whittall’s visit to Port Royal’s ‘Speed Palace’ on Saturday, March 30, ended before the afternoon’s main event, but the year is young and the Vincentown, New Jersey-native is already looking ahead to next weekend.
Whittall, driver of the JW Motorsports/Atlantic Utility Trailer/Brotherton Brewing Company/Pioneer Auto Body/Worldwide Bearings/No. 67 sprint car, was involved in a rather serious incident during his respective heat race on Saturday afternoon at Port Royal Speedway. The former URC full-timer walked away unharmed, but the damage was too much to overcome.
“All we can do is move forward. It hasn’t been the best of starts to our season, but we have a lot of racing ahead. I’m confident things will improve in a hurry,” Justin Whittall explained. “The plan is to go back to Port Royal Speedway on Saturday and get things turned around.”
Although Whittall was excited to join the All Star Circuit of Champions at Port Royal Speedway on April 13, prior school obligations will keep the first-year Pennsylvania Posse regular from competing.
