Hermitage, PA (May 7th, 2013) – Adam Kekich will have an opportunity to put his name in the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions record books this Friday and Saturday, May 10th & 11th; as ‘America’s Series’ is set to invade Western Pennsylvania for the first time in 2013 this weekend for ‘National’/’Ohio Region’ events. The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions ‘410’ sprint cars, lead by current UNOH All Star ‘National,’ ‘Eastern Region,’ and ‘Ohio Region’ point leader, Dale Blaney, will make their way into Adam Kekich’s back yard this weekend with appearances at the Lernerville Speedway (PA) and Mercer Raceway Park (PA). Adam Kekich, who pilots the Kekich Racing, Sunburst Environmental, Tight Seal Glass Block, Hermitage Agway, ‘5K’ sprint car, is a former winner at both Western Pennsylvania short tracks, and understands what he will be up against this Friday and Saturday when the UNOH All Stars roll into town.

“We want to win; end of story” said Adam Kekich about upcoming weekend with the All Stars, “This ‘5K’ team works really hard…we spend countless hours at the shop each and every night; working towards the goal of winning…racing against the UNOH All Stars is a huge honor…they are some of the best drivers in the country, so getting an opportunity to race next to them is a huge honor for us…there have been some locals do really well against the All Stars recently, and even win, so there is no reason why we can’t do the same…hopefully our hard work pays off enough this week…you just never know; we may be able to put ourselves in a great position to win…we have the confidence and the will to do so…all we need now is just a little lucky and timing!”

The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions will first visit the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania on Friday evening, May 10th, to help kick off their Western Pennsylvania swing. UNOH All Star competitors such as Dale Blaney, Tim Shaffer, Cap Henry, Danny Holtgraver, and Caleb Helms will go head-to-head against some of the best that Lernerville Speedway has to offer; such as Jack Sodeman Jr., Eric Williams, Brian Ellenberger, Scott Priester, and Adam Kekich. Adam Kekich is a recent winner at the Lernerville Speedway during ‘305’ sprint car competition; picking up the ‘Steel City Stampede’ makeup feature win back in early April. The third generation sprint car driver wants to repeat that success at the Sarver 4/10’s mile oval this Friday night, and make another appearance in ‘Sheetz Victory Lane.’ The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions program will feature a $5,000-to-win main event.

On Saturday evening, May 11th, the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions will be making a visit to the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. Adam Kekich is a weekly ‘410’ sprint car competitor at the Mercer 3/8’s mile oval; and also owns one (1) win at the speedway during ‘410’ sprint car competition. The pilot of the Kekich Racing, Sunburst Environmental, ‘5K’ sprinter out of Hermitage, PA has qualified for past UNOH All Star main events at the Mercer Raceway Park, but still has yet to check one off in the win column. The UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions appearance at ‘MRP’ will be highlighted with a $5,000-to-win main event.

“It’s going to be a fun weekend to say the least” explained Adam Kekich, “We are ready to go…I can’t thank everyone enough for making this all happen…this team; our sponsors; our supporters…everyone plays a huge role and I am lucky to be a part of it…hopefully we can pull into Lernerville and Mercer Raceway Park this weekend on top of our game.”
