Winter Nationals Friday falls to Rain

Bryan Hulbert – MESQUITE, Texas (October 18, 2013) The 40th annual Devil’s Bowl Winter Nationals has been shortened to a single night affair as continued sporadic rain fall has plagued half-mile oval for the better part of Friday morning.

Races on Saturday, October 19 are scheduled to begin at 8:00 P.M. Pits will not open until 5:00 P.M. to allow crews to dry the pit areas as much as possible.
