Brent Marks Scores Four Consecutive Top-Ten Finishes
Back to Work in Central PA on Friday and Saturday

Myerstown, PA (August 25, 2015) – Brent Marks continues to display consistency in 2015, racking up four more consecutive top-ten finishes while in action in central Pennsylvania. The Myerstown, Pennsylvania native is pleased with performance, but still expresses some disappointment. The driver of the familiar Brent Marks Racing, BAPS Auto Paint & Supplies, Creekside Auto Sales, Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel, Diamond Toyota, Russell Heller Builders, #19M has yet to find victory lane this season, but hopes to change that soon and add a few checks in the “W” column.
“We had another consistent weekend, but we need to find victory lane” expressed Brent Marks, “We are having a hard time figuring out the issue. I know we have the potential to get it done, but it just hasn’t happened yet…just having a hard time figuring out that missing piece. We’ll keep working until we get it done.”
The “Myerstown Missile” entered action at three different Pennsylvania ovals during the recent weekend, finishing no worse than eighth in the running order on each night. Marks finished seventh and sixth during “Twin-20’s” action at Williams Grove Speedway on Friday night, August 21, followed by an eighth place finish during “BAPS Night” at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, August 22. The recent weekend came to a close at Susquehanna Speedway Park on Sunday, August 23, where Brent Marks recorded his first top-five performance of the weekend. The Myerstown, Pennsylvania native finished fifth during the 25-lap Sunday sprint car special.
Up next on the schedule is a pair of events back in “Posse Country.” Brent Marks Racing will visit Williams Grove Speedway on Friday, August 28, followed by a trip to the “Speed Palace” at Port Royal Speedway on Saturday, August 29.
“We stay close to home again this weekend” said Marks, “There are a lot of big shows coming up that are right in our own backyard. We want to be ready for them.”
