Brock Zearfoss Eager for Tuscarora 50
Looks to Upset All Stars and Posse for Huge Payday

Jonestown, PA (September 8, 2015) – The 48th annual “Tuscarora 50” featuring the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions will headline the “Speed Palace” in Port Royal, Pennsylvania this Friday and Saturday, welcoming a talented roster of regional travelers to go head-to-head with Pennsylvania’s finest. Brock Zearfoss will join in on the action at Port Royal Speedway, working to earn the largest payday of his young career. The Jonestown, Pennsylvania native earned a top-ten finish during the last UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions appearance at the Juniata County Fairgrounds half-mile, finishing ninth during the “Bob Weikert Memorial” on April 25.
“Ready to get the weekend started” said Brock Zearfoss, “We feel like we have a great opportunity to really make some noise this weekend. Things have been rough for us this year in some aspect, but when things are good, they are really good. We’ll have some extra competition this weekend with the All Stars coming back to central PA. We were good against them in April…we’ll try to do that again on Friday and Saturday.”
Brock Zearfoss and the Brock Zearfoss Racing, Moose’s LZ Bar and Grill, Central Builders Supply, Leach’s Automotive Service, Meckley’s Limestone, #3Z team will enter both programs during the upcoming Tuscarora weekend at Port Royal Speedway. Action will launch on Friday evening, September 11, with the “Night Before The 50” worth $5,000. The UNOH All Stars and “Pennsylvania Posse” will return on Saturday evening, September 12, for the historic 50-lap, $12,000-to-win, “Tuscarora 50.”
Unfortunately, Zearfoss will enter the two-day showcase with very little momentum. The recent Labor Day weekend was cut short due to getting upside-down during the “Jack Gunn Memorial” main event on Friday evening, September 4, at Williams Grove Speedway.
“We had a tough weekend during Labor Day” explained Zearfoss, “We had plans to run three races, but that was cut short on Friday. I ended up getting caught up on the race track and we got upside-down. We decided to take some extra time and make sure everything was ready for the Tuscarora, rather than rush to get ready for the rest of the weekend.”
