GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. (June 20, 2022) – “Blackjack” Brian Brown and Brian Brown Racing continued their successful ways with another top-ten score during the recent weekend, finishing sixth at Jackson Motorplex in Jackson, Minnesota, on Saturday, June 18. The recent World of Outlaws winner at the famed Knoxville Raceway started fourth on Jackson’s Border Battle grid, maintaining his place within the top-ten to record his sixth-place outcome.
Brown, a three-time Knoxville Raceway winner in 2022 including the aforementioned victory against the Greatest Show On Dirt, utilized a heat race victory to secure his place within the Border Battle A-Main.
Unfortunately, the Higginsville, Missouri, native was unable to repeat his top-ten outcome in Huset’s Speedway’s Border Battle finale on Sunday; Brown did not finish.
ON DECK:
Tentatively, Brian Brown and Brian Brown Racing will continue their 2022 campaign with four nights of competition at Huset’s Speedway in Brandon, South Dakota, on Wednesday through Saturday, June 22-25, all of which headlined with the High Bank Nationals that technically begins Thursday, June 23, with a $15,000-to-win preliminary. High Bank Nationals action will continue with a $20,000-to-win preliminary on Friday, June 24, followed by the $100,000-to-win finale on Saturday, June 25. Wednesday’s $10,000-to-win event is a rescheduled program from Sunday, June 5.
