Cody Bova Listed Nationally in 305ci Ranks
2015 Power Rankings Dominated by Ohio Natives

Struthers, Ohio (December 16, 2015) – For a second consecutive year, Cody Bova landed himself high in the national sprint car scene; ending the 2015 season 40th in the final 305ci Sprint Car Power Rankings presented by Dodge City Raceway Park. The Struthers, Ohio, native earned six feature victories during his 2015 campaign, ultimately capturing the Mercer Raceway Park track championship. A total of 641 drivers earned points in the 305ci Sprint Car Power Rankings during the 2015 season, an increase of nearly 50 from the previous year. Cody Bova finished 29th in 2014.
“This is an honor, for sure” said Bova, “To be listed that high nationally is really special. I owe it all to my family and my loyal sponsors. They make my season happen. Hopefully we can work our way up the ladder a little more next season.”
The 305ci Sprint Car Power Rankings presented by Dodge City Raceway Park is just one of many open wheel power ranking systems in the country. Other power rankings include winged 410ci, non-wing 410ci, winged 360ci, non-wing 360ci, and midgets.
Fremont, Ohio, native Bobby Clark captured top honors in the 2015 305ci Sprint Car Power Rankings presented by Dodge City Raceway Park. Including Bova, a total of 11 Ohio natives earned their way into the top-40 in 2015.
Bova’s plans for the upcoming season will be released in the coming weeks. Preliminary scheduling ideas include joining the 305 sprint car ranks in northwestern Ohio for Fremont/Attica Sprint Title “305” Championship Series competition.
