Danny Holtgraver Pleased with World Finals Performance
Begins Preparations for 2016 Season

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

Pittsburgh, PA (November 13, 2015) – Danny Holtgraver will enter the upcoming off-season with not only a new dose of momentum, but a positive attitude. After recording back to back feature starts with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series during the Bad Boy Buggies World Finals, which included a top-ten finish on Friday, November 6, Holtgraver is excited for what the future has in store and will spend the next three months preparing for a “fresh start” to his open wheel career.

“Ending the year with some solid finishes, especially at the World Finals, always makes the off-season more motivating” said Danny Holtgraver, “Pete Grove gave me a great opportunity to drive his car during the World Finals and we definitely took advantage of that. Cody Jacobs did a great job helping this team prepare for our trip to North Carolina. He had the car right where it needed to be all weekend. We have some things soon to be lined up for next year. We haven’t made anything official as of yet, but whatever happens, we plan to treat it as a new beginning and leave everything else behind us.”

Danny Holtgraver, driver of the familiar Pete Grove-owned No. 70, kicked off his Bad Boy Buggies World Finals weekend at The Dirt Track at Charlotte near Charlotte, North Carolina, with a seventh place finish during World of Outlaws feature action on Friday evening, November 6. “Downtown” rallied from a sixth row starting position to score the top-ten finish, his first top-ten performance during World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series competition in 2015. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, native would conclude his World Finals appearance with a 19th place finish on Sunday evening, November 8, after racing near the top-ten for a portion of the main event.

“Sunday night didn’t go as well as Friday, but we are still proud of what we accomplished” said Holtgraver, “We were probably a top-ten car again, but had some trouble. I almost got together with another car and that put me back. That sort of thing happens so we’ll just put that one behind us and focus on what we achieved on Friday night. We were fast right out of the trailer and that says a lot about this combination. Cody Jacobs did a fantastic job getting our operation race ready. We couldn’t have done it without him.”

Danny Holtgraver’s plans for the 2016 season will be announced in the near future. The preliminary plan is to begin his upcoming campaign in Florida.
