Doney-Lawson Racing joins best of High Limit in home state battle; Texas double ahead

ODESSA, Mo. (April 20, 2026) – Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars battled the best in the business in their Saturday evening visit to Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, and although sibling competitors  Xavier Doney and Natalie Doney were unable to rub elbows in the evening’s High Limit Racing 30-lap main event, notes were taken and progress was achieved, already aiming big in an upcoming weekend doubleheader in the Lone Star State.

Doney-Lawson Racing, powered by Kat Excavation, Pella Building Systems-Mini Storage Specialists, Schnee-Lawson Chassis, Motor Haven, Five Star Bodies, Stanton Racing Engines, CALI Floors, Wilwood Disc Brakes, DMI, Schaeffer’s Oil, Outlaw Wings, Schoenfeld Headers, Smith Titanium, and Design Source Flooring, concluded their Wheatland outings in the evening’s 12-lap B-Main.

As noted, the team will shake things off and move forward, ready to take on POWRi in a two-day visit to Big O Speedway in Ennis, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25. Doney Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars are certainly no stranger to POWRi competition with Xavier finishing third in the 2025 national standings, a campaign padded by 19 top-tens in 24 tries, two of which victories.

Doney-Lawson Racing and the Schnee-Lawson Chassis House Cars will continue their 2026 season by joining the POWRi 410 Outlaw Sprint Series in a Big O Speedway | Bluebonnet Showdown doubleheader in Ennis, Texas, on Friday and Saturday, April 24-25.
