Four events in four days ahead for Jared Miley

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (June 26, 2018) – From one busy week to the next, Pittsburgh’s Jared Miley will continue his 2018 campaign with four starts in four days, concluding the month of June and kicking-off the month of July with starts at four tracks in three states.

Miley, a five-time super late model winner thus far in 2018 including two during sanctioned competition, will visit Tyler County (W.Va.) Speedway, Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, Eriez (Pa.) Speedway, and Sharon (Ohio) Speedway, respectively, during his weekend four-pack, joining the ULMS Racing Series, Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series, and Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at some point in the process.

“We have a lot on our plate this weekend, but we are ready for it. We live for weekends like this,” Miley said, driver of the Joe Corrado-owned/Blue Mountain Energy/Penn Star Ventures/Colussy Chevrolet/Jay’s Auto Wrecking/No. 10 super late model. “We’ve been having a great season. I think we have the potential to earn a win or two this weekend. We just have to put ourselves in a position early and capitalize. I can’t thank Joe (Corrado) and my entire family enough for their hard work and support. We’ve molded into a strong team. It’s exciting to be a part of all of this.”

Miley’s weekend will ignite officially on Friday evening, June 29, with ULMS Racing Series competition at the Tyler County Speedway near Middlebourne, West Virginia. Chasing a $7,000 top prize, Miley is certainly no stranger to action at “The Bullring,” already winning once in the Mountain State by claiming the “Earl Hill Memorial” against the Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series in early May.

Incidentally, Miley’s weekend will continue with Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series action on Saturday, June 30, at Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, immediately followed by another ULMS Racing Series start, this time at Eriez Speedway near Erie, Pennsylvania. A $7,100 pair, the “Herb Scott Memorial” at Pittsburgh will award a $3,000 top prize, followed by the $4,100-to-win “Mike Farr Memorial” at Eriez on Sunday, July 1.

Ending Miley’s extended weekend will be a visit to Sharon Speedway on Monday, July 2, joining the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the “Steel Valley 50” worth $12,000 to the main event winner. Although boasting a stout resume, a victory against the LOLMDS would be a first-ever for “The Jet,” as well as resulting in his highest one-day earning. Just recently, Miley earned the largest payday of his career ($8,000) during action at Stateline (N.Y.) Speedway on Saturday, June 2.

During most recent super late model competition, Jared Miley earned a main event starting position during the coveted “Firecracker 100” against the World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series at Lernerville (Pa.) Speedway. A former Lernerville track champion, as well as a former “Firecracker 100” feature leader, Miley finished 21st on Saturday night after starting 18th.
