Team Fully Injected has an opportunity to sweep Western Pennsylvania sprint car track championships by the end of the 2012 season. Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania and Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania each offer ‘410’ sprint car competition on a weekly basis in Western Pennsylvania; with each facility being hounded by Team Fully Injected sprinters at the top of their respective standings!

Kevin Schaeffer, a Kittanning, Pennsylvania native and avid supporter of Team Fully Injected, currently leads the ‘410’ sprint car point standings at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The former 3-time Lernerville Speedway sprint car track champion has an 18 point advantage over fellow sprint car veteran and former Lernerville Speedway track champion, Rod George. Schaeffer has one win at the Sarver oval in 2012, and has only finished outside of the top 5 one time thus far this season; that being a sixth place performance a number of weeks back. Schaeffer’s consistency and repetitive top five finishes has allowed him to maintain a solid point lead heading into this Friday’s off-night from ‘Fab Four’ competition. The familiar yellow no. 9 will be back in action next Friday night, July 6th, at “The Action Track.”

Rod George, who is also a Team Fully Injected supporter, currently sits second in the Lernerville Speedway ‘410’ sprint car standings entering the upcoming ‘Fab Four’ off-weekend. The Sarver oval is hosting the 6th Annual Firecracker 100 super late model event this Thursday, Friday, Saturday- leaving out all other weekly divisions. The Kittanning, Pennsylvania native has a healthy cushion of 27 points over Eric Williams, who is third in the current standings. George still remains winless at the track in 2012, but has performed well enough to keep the Western Pennsylvania sprint car veteran within championship contention. The familiar Doctor John Crawford, III owned ‘CIII’ will be back in action next Friday night, July 6th, at the Lernerville Speedway.

Scott Priester, a Rimersburg, Pennsylvania native and Team Fully Injected member, currently sits second in the Mercer Raceway Park ‘410’ sprint car point standings entering this weekend’s action. The former Challenger Raceway sprint car track champion is 32 points behind Eric ‘Turkey’ Williams of Greenville in the current standings. Williams recently earned a third place finish with the All-Star Circuit of Champions at Sharon Speedway during “Ohio Sprint Speedweek” action. Priester has an opportunity to take over the MRP ‘410’ sprint car standings in the next few weekends, and ultimately earn his first career Mercer Raceway Park track title. The Mercer oval will host a regular night of action this Saturday evening, June 30th.
