Rochester Mills – 7/9/12} Rochester Mills, Pennsylvania native and Team Fully Injected supporter, Gregg Satterlee, swept super late model action close-to-home this past Friday and Saturday by winning two (2) non-sanctioned events at Dog Hollow Speedway in Strongstown, Pennsylvania, and Marion Center Speedway in Marion Center, Pennsylvania. With the two tracks located within minutes driving distance of Satterlee’s Rochester Mills home, the familiar Satterlee Petroleum Distributors ’22’ team was able to enjoy the company of family and friends, while earning two victories in front of hometown fans. Satterlee’s first win of the weekend came at Dog Hollow Speedway on Friday night, July 6th; with Marion Center Speedway’s win coming on Saturday night, July 7th. Each facility hosts super late model competition on a weekly basis in 2012, with some of Western Pennsylvania’s top ‘locals’ calling these two tracks home.

“Feels good to get a couple wins” said Satterlee about last weekend, “We really wanted to get to Dog Hollow Speedway to get ready for the ULMS show that they are having this Sunday…hopefully we will be ready to go!”

The upcoming weekend will have three nights of action in store for the black double-deuce; including a return to the Dog Hollow Speedway in Strongstown, Pennsylvania. Satterlee will first venture to Elkins Raceway near Elkins, West Virginia on Friday evening, July 13th, for the 2nd annual Richard Skidmore Memorial worth $7,500 for the super late models. Satterlee has never visited Elkins, and looks to make his first visit worth the wait.

After Satterlee’s Friday night venture to West Virginia, the ’22’ team will head east to Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Maryland for the Hoosier Tire Winchester / Hagerstown “SHOOTOUT”/ 5th Annual RED NININGER MEMORIAL! The 35 lap super late model main event on Saturday, July 14th, will highlight the Hagerstown Speedway evening program. Satterlee has one victory at Hagerstown Speedway already in 2012, and looks to make win #2 a reality this Saturday night.

The upcoming weekend will wrap up once again close to home, as Satterlee and the entire ’22’ team will head back to Dog Hollow Speedway in Strongstown, Pennsylvania for the $4,000-to-win/$300-to-start Connor Bobik Memorial sanctioned by the ULMS super late models on Sunday, July 15th. The 30 lap, super late model main event will be co-headlined with the ‘410’ sprint cars Sunday evening.
