Sarver, PA (April 27th, 2013) – Jack Sodeman Jr. turned misfortune into success on Friday evening, April 26th, at the Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. The pilot of Jeff and Bonnie Rudzik’s Rudzik Racing, Rudzik Excavating, Economy Tooling, Glassmere Fuel Services, no. 94 ‘410’ sprint car was scheduled to be in action with the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions at the Williams Grove Speedway in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on Friday evening; but due to issues with UNOH All Star management, Sodeman Jr. was forced to stay close-to-home and compete at Lernerville Speedway’s ‘Fab Four’ weekly opener. The North Jackson, Ohio native certainly cashed-in on his last minute schedule change, and earned his first ‘410’ sprint car victory of the 2013 season on Friday night at the Sarver oval; winning the 25-lap sprint car main event over 2012 Mercer Raceway Park sprint car champion, Eric Williams, and full-time Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series (B.O.S.S.) non-wing competitor, Brandon Spithaler.  The former Sharon Speedway Track Champion also earned a win during his respective ‘410’ heat race; thus sweeping the evening on April 26th. There were twenty-four (24) ‘410’ sprint cars signed in at Lernerville Speedway on Friday evening. A full sprint car feature rundown from the Lernerville Speedway can be found online at www.lernerville.com.

“It feels really good to get this one out of the way” said Jack Sodeman Jr. “This team works really hard and they all deserved this win…I know we were supposed to be elsewhere tonight, but I guess it worked out for the better that we weren’t…I can’t thank the Rudzik family enough…they have given me a great opportunity to do this whole deal in 2013…it’s great to get that first win out of the way…really builds up the confidence…we’ll be at Mercer on Saturday night so hopefully we can go undefeated this weekend.”

Jack Sodeman Jr., and the entire Rudzik Racing ‘94’ operation, will be back in action on Saturday evening, April 27th, at the Mercer Raceway Park in Mercer, Pennsylvania. The Mercer 3/8’s mile bullring will be hosting it’s first weekly ‘Saturday Night Live!’ program of the 2013 season on Saturday night; highlighted with a full slate of ‘410’ sprint car competition. Sodeman Jr. is a former winner at the Mercer, Pennsylvania oval; and hopes to continue his recent winning trend on Saturday evening and close out the weekend two-for-two in Western Pennsylvania.
