PARSONS, Kan. (May 31, 2022) – Despite missing main event competition during his Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series debut at Millbridge Speedway in Salisbury, North Carolina, JJ Loss’ first appearance with Dave Mac Dalby Motorsports showed a lot of promise, highlighting the May 24-25 program with respectable qualifying efforts. An underdog, as well as a rookie, Loss was forced to compete with some of the biggest names in motorsports including reigning NASCAR Cup Series champion, Kyle Larson.

Gaining valuable lap time on both evenings, Loss’ progress was halted during each of the scheduled B-Mains, comfort level the blame for Tuesday’s inability to transfer, followed by a case of bad luck on Wednesday. There were upwards of 35 cars entered for the midweek blockbuster.

“I couldn’t be happier to finally have the chance to wheel one of Dave Mac Dalby Motorsports’ midgets. That was a lot of fun, and I’m more than thankful for the opportunity,” JJ Loss explained, driver of the Speedway Toyota/Spike Chassis/Toyota Racing Development/CR Helmet Graphics/Rad Race Gear/Next Level Signs & Graphics/No. 67. “I still have a lot to learn, but I’m confident my comfort level is only going to grow. To everyone who helped make this dream a reality, thank you. I wouldn’t be here without you.”
