Kinsers Take Wings Unlimited to Victory Lane in Australia and United States
Inside Line Promotions – BIGLERVILLE, Pa. (March 9, 2014) – It was a very successful offseason for Wings Unlimited, which added several high-profile clients to the roster.
Steve Kinser, a 20-time World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series champion, and his son and fellow World of Outlaws driver, Kraig Kinser, have joined the team and both quickly found Victory Lane.
410 FEATURE WINNERS –
Steve Kinser set quick time and recorded a victory on Dec. 28 by claiming the 35-lap Coke Zero International at Valvoline Raceway in Sydney, Australia.
Kinser returned to the Winner’s Circle in the United States on Feb. 16 during the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series season-opening weekend at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla. Kinser led all but five laps and took the lead for good with seven laps remaining.
Kraig Kinser scored a pair of victories at Valvoline Raceway by charging from fifth to win on Jan. 4 and from seventh to notch the victory on Jan. 8.
James McFadden added wins in Australia by rallying from 13th to the triumph on March 1 at Archerfield Speedway in Queensland and he picked up the win on Dec. 14 at Tolmer Speedway in Bordertown.
360/358 FEATURE WINNERS –
Fresh off his first career USCS Outlaw Thunder National championship, Derek Hagar continued his winning ways as he opened the season by earning a victory at Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, Miss., on March 1. Hagar lapped the entire field en route to the win at the USCS Frost Buster 250.
Danny Martin won the Eagle Jet/Top Gun Sprints event at Hendry County Motorsports Park in Clewiston, Fla., on March 1.
Parker Price-Miller claimed Night 1 of the 38th annual Winter Nationals at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, Fla., on Feb. 20. The 15-year-old led from start to finish at the prestigious event.
