Test & Tune brings the Action back the Track this Saturday
Multiple ways to get involved with Fab Four Racing
Opening Night 2014 just over a week away
Sarver, PA (April 10, 2014) No more snow, no more social gatherings at banquet halls or area malls . . . it’s finally time to put the Action back onto the Action Track! This Saturday, April 12 is the final act of the Pre-Season with the Test & Tune practice session and Tech Day. All divisions are welcome to attend, but Fab Four Racing divisions will get preferred access and track time from 12:00 Noon until 4:00PM. General admission in to the grandstands is FREE, but pit passes must be purchased to practice and/or enter the pits. Tech inspectors will be on hand to get cars ready for Opening Night and office staff will be on hand to take care of driver registration protocols.
Drivers can also download all of the paperwork necessary for registration by logging on to Lernerville.com, clicking the “Downloads” tab and then clicking the “Driver Registration Packet” link. Then print it out, fill it in and bring it to the track for Test & Tune or Opening Night to save a lot of time and hassle!
You can also sign up for FREE text message alerts in case of raceday cancellations courtesy of RainedOut.com. Simply click “The Track” tab and then select “RainedOut Alerts”. Once on RainedOut.com’s page, just follow the easy instructions and you’ll be all set for an entire season’s worth of rain outs; yes they are inevitable, but we’ll try to keep them to a minimum!
For the first time in our 45+ year history, crews and fans can see lap times in real time on the Race Monitor App. MyLaps transponder times can be seen on any smart phone or tablet device by simply downloading the Race Monitor App from iTunes App Store or Google Play and then signing up for a monthly or annual subscription. The app is free to download, but the subscription is $0.99/month or $4.99/year. We will be test driving the system during the Test & Tune to have it ready for Opening Night.
You can also be a Lernerville Speedway Fab Four Racing “Car Owner” with the Fantasy Fab Four Racing League at www.FantasyDirtRacing.com or by participating in The Dirt Network’s “Lernerville Pickem” contest by logging on to thedirtnetwork.blogspot.com. Both contests have ticket and merchandise prizes at the end of the season!
As always, we’ll be bringing the Action Track right into the palm of your hand with Social Media. Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Vine and Instragram to keep abreast of all the action on and off the track!
We’re also bringing back some Kid’s Club activities for the 2014 season; stay tuned for more details coming soon!
Last but not least, we’re just over a week away from the official start of the 2014 Lernerville Speedway season with Fab Four Racing Opening Night 2014 on Friday, April 18!
