HANOVER, Pa. (June 10, 2024) – It was another sound effort in the Pigeon Hills for “The Boss” JJ Loss and JKL Racing, and although the 17-year-old ace out of nearby Hanover was unable to repeat the same level of success as the weekend prior, progress was still made, finishing 12th in the evening’s main event after finishing third during heat race competition.
Loss, ace of his family-owned Next Level Signs & Graphics, Your Hometown Agents – Colby Jacobs & Neil Reichart Team, Diversified Cuts, Wolf’s Plumbing LLC, Capitol Renegade, No. 67 sprint car, will return to the “Fabulous” Lincoln Speedway on Saturday, June 15, not only working hard to pad the stat book, but ultimately prep for Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek.
As tradition has it, Lincoln Speedway will host a pair of Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek dates in 2024, and as an added bonus, they will award a combined $35,000-to-win. In addition, Loss will compete in Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek dates at BAPS Motor Speedway, Hagerstown Speedway, and Grandview Speedway.
“Restarts were giving us a little bit of a headache on Saturday, but overall, I think we’re making progress. It all comes down to lap time,” Loss said. “We have a few weekends left before Speedweek gets going. There’s a lot of money on the line at Lincoln that week and we want to be in a position to contend for a nice chunk of that.”
