Cory Haas ended his 2011 Lincoln Speedway campaign with two- top 15 place finishes this evening during the 59th Anniversary event in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania. Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania, suffered a loss to mother nature this evening. Persistent mist showers and cold temperatures forced Lernerville Speedway officials to postpone the “Steel City Stampede” for a second consecutive night. Due to cold temperatures and rainy conditions, ‘The Ultimate’ will now be a one day program at Hesston Speedway. Lernerville Speedway’s ‘Steel City Stampede’ will have to wait one extra day before it’s able to kick off festivities. Tonight’s originally scheduled practice and technical inspections have been postponed until tomorrow, Friday, October 21st; with technical inspections beginning at noon and warm ups beginning at 6PM!
