Abbottstown, PA (10/15/12) – Cory Haas ended his 2012 season at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania in the best possible position. The Central Pennsylvania ‘410’ sprint car competitor earned the victory at Lincoln Speedway on Saturday night, October 13th, during the track’s season finale; rallying from a row six starting position, and leading the last 5 laps to solidify himself on the top of the podium. Haas, a former ‘358’ sprint car track champion at Lincoln Speedway, crossed the start/finish line nearly 4 seconds ahead of race runner-up, Danny Dietrich. The $3,200 victory was Haas’ fifth victory in Central Pennsylvania this season. The Michael Barshinger owned ’11C’ operation ended the 2012 season third in the final Lincoln Speedway standings.
