Attica, Ohio (May 15th, 2015) –  Despite Mother Nature’s attempt to spoil the evening with a late afternoon shower, Fremont/Attica Sprint Title (F.A.S.T.) competition went on as scheduled at the Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio on Friday evening, May 15th. The Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service and the JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro were both on hand Friday night at the Attica bullring. 29 F.A.S.T. ‘410’ sprint cars and 24 F.A.S.T. ‘305’ sprint cars were on hand officially.

Cap Henry would earn his first Kistler Racing Products Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘410’ Championship Series presented by KS Sales & Service main event win of the 2015 season on Friday evening; holding off outside polesitter Dale Blaney and sixth starting Stuart Brubaker for the $3,000 pay day. Henry, who took command from early leader Dale Blaney officially on lap two, survived a total of two cautions and heavy lapped traffic to become the fourth different F.A.S.T. winner of 2015. The Bellevue, Ohio native started the 30-lap main event on the outside of row number two. Dale Blaney would hang on for second; followed by Stuart Brubaker, Rob Chaney, and defending F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series champion Byron Reed. Reed was also the evening’s hard charger; climbing seven positions to finish fifth after starting the main event on the outside of row six.

Fremont, Ohio’s Jamie Miller earned his first JLH General Contractors Fremont/Attica Sprint Title ‘305’ Championship Series presented by Engine Pro main event win of the 2015 season on Friday evening. Miller, who took over the top spot with less than two laps to go, held off F.A.S.T. ‘305’ opening night winner Jordan Ryan for the victory. Steve Rando, Bobby Clark, and Dan McCarron rounded out the top-five. Bobby Clark was the F.A.S.T. ‘305’ main event hard charger; rallying from twelfth to fourth.

During F.A.S.T. ‘410’ Championship Series preliminary competition, it was Dean Jacobs, Gary Taylor, Brian Lay, and Rob Chaney each earning heat race victories. Chad Kemenah wrapped up all ‘410’ preliminary action with the B-main victory. No qualifying time trials were contested. A late afternoon shower mixed with threatening weather all evening forced officials to scratch qualifying for the night due to time restraints.

Jordan Ryan, Kyle Capodice, and Jason Keckler each earned F.A.S.T. ‘305’ heat race victories. Luke Griffith was the ‘305’ B-main winner.
